Job summary

EY Dublin is seeking an outstanding Operations Manager to join the in‑house creative leadership team on a 12‑month maternity cover. The role is hybrid, with responsibilities spanning service delivery, reporting, and stakeholder management to enable creative resources to focus on delivery.

You will lead the Operations/Production Co-ordination team, streamline processes, manage deadlines and budgets, and collaborate with marketing, product and comms to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in creative operations or project management.
• Proven leadership across a team and delegation.
• Excellent communications and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, motion, video, photography and studio production.
• Experience with project management tools and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, prioritisation, scheduling, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality.
• Manage resourcing across the team—matching the right people to projects and identifying capacity gaps.
• Oversee events and campaigns, leading complex campaigns when required for quality and stakeholder experience.
• Develop and refine operational workflows, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Bridge between the creative team and other departments for alignment.
• Review, analyze and prepare management information reporting; spot trends, predict demand and opportunities.
• Track and report on team KPIs, project timelines, resource utilisation, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Identify quality control issues and propose solutions.
• Budget planning support and liaise with freelancers or vendors as needed.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members and conduct first-round interviews.
• Be an ambassador for Creative and foster an energetic culture; adhere to management and operational practices.
