Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a prominent global asset management institution to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager for a permanent hybrid role in Dublin. The successful candidate will support the regulatory compliance function, advising across a growing Super ManCo structure handling UCITS, AIF, and MiFID operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of fund regulations, AML/CTF, and experience overseeing third-party delegates, with excellent communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant compliance experience in asset management or funds.
• Experience in AIFM, UCITS Management Company, or regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of CBI fund regulations and AML/CTF requirements.
• Experience supervising third-party delegates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Compliance Programme and Monitoring Programme, including remediation actions.
• Assist MLRO with AML/CFT and sanctions framework.
• Liaise with regulators (CBI, CSSF) and provide compliance advice to senior management and boards.
• Oversee third-party service providers (administrators, transfer agents, depositaries) and assess control environments.
• Monitor regulatory changes across European jurisdictions and oversee conflicts of interest framework.
