Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners partners with a globally recognised investment manager to hire a Compliance Manager for their Irish ManCo in Dublin. The role covers UCITS, AIFM and MiFID compliance, including monitoring reviews, regulatory reporting and liaison with regulators and service providers.

The position requires 5+ years in asset management compliance, strong Irish funds regulation knowledge, AML/CTF understanding and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' compliance experience within asset management, funds or a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish funds regulation, UCITS, AIFMs and the Central Bank of Ireland framework.
• Experience with compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and governance.
• Understanding of AML/CTF requirements and third-party oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance framework across UCITS, AIFM and MiFID activities.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and provide regulatory advice to the business.
• Assist with AML/CTF oversight, delegate monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare Board, Committee and regulatory compliance reports.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators and third-party service providers.
