Job summary

You will lead analysis on digital projects, build stakeholder relationships and drive requirements gathering and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification, strong communication skills, and experience with IT migrations or integrations,

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to influence business and technical owners.
• Strong documentation of requirements, epics and user stories.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors.
• Strong commercial awareness in a business environment.
• Team orientated with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analysis activities on various digital projects and business initiatives.
• Build relationships with Product and Business Owners to understand goals and targets.
• Address issues/blockers to keep work on track within project timelines.
• Collaborate on ways to improve team methods and processes.
• Identify gaps and propose process or solution improvements.
• Gather and document business and technology requirements and create scope statements.
• Experience with IT migrations or integration projects involving data analysis and mapping.
• Coordinate sub-streams or activities related to business analysis in a fast-paced environment.
