Job summary

Musgrave is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Digital PMO in Cork for a 2-year contract. You will lead analysis across digital initiatives, capturing requirements, processes and acceptance criteria, and helping to shape roadmaps with stakeholders.

The role emphasises value realisation and strong collaboration with Product and IT teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BA, a relevant degree, and a proven ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA, preferably in digital, change or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document and validate requirements, process flows, use cases and business rules.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to assess current processes and define future-state improvements.
• Experience supporting digital product or technology-enabled delivery in a complex environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, delivery-focused approach with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across digital initiatives, identifying challenges, opportunities, objectives and outcomes.
• Elicit and validate requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional needs.
• Work with stakeholders to map current processes and opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and artefacts for Product Managers, IT teams and QA.
• Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, and business readiness.
