Brown Bag Films is seeking a Production Coordinator in Dublin to drive on-time asset production across TV projects. The role collaborates with the project team, CG department and overseas partners, with a focus on asset tracking in Shotgun and timely approvals.

The position is a fixed-term 6-month contract with a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the studio. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration.

Formación

• Experience in production environments, preferably animation.
• Ability to manage schedules and deadlines with proactive follow-up.
• Experience with asset tracking and notes tracking workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with script breakdown and asset creation to ensure visual kick-off readiness.
• Lead visual kick-off meetings, prepare and implement follow-up notes; maintain asset tracking.
• Oversee asset maintenance in Shotgun and review build schedules against priorities.
• Coordinate notes and approvals for Art Director to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage shipment preparations and overseas communications for assets.
