Brown Bag Films Limited in Dublin operates a hybrid work model with two studio days weekly. The role is a full-time, nine-month contract focused on planning, staffing, and delivery for the CG Art Department.

You will coordinate staff, schedules and milestones across visual development, design and CG pre-production, working with coordinators and producers to resolve bottlenecks and keep progress on track. Strong collaboration and communication with artists and clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad long-form animation production experience with team leadership and scheduling.
• Experience with asset-tracking tools such as ShotGrid or Ftrack.
• Strong Excel/Office or Google Workspace skills and ability to plan crews and communicate clearly with artists and clients.

Responsabilités

• Plan staffing, schedules and milestones across visual development and CG pre-production.
• Manage coordinators, monitor scope and task delivery, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Report departmental progress and collaborate with Art leadership and producers.
