Bennet & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Supervisor in Dublin to oversee the regional service department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Operations Manager and drives PPM schedules, service activities and documentation to maintain high service standards.

Salary ranges from 60,000 to 65,000 EUR per year, plus a company car or monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC knowledge including Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Chillers, AHUs.
• Experience in field service or on-site roles.
• Excellent client-facing and IT/administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact and coordinate PPM schedules, engineers and service activities.
• Support sales opportunities by identifying upgrades and preparing quotes.
