Job summary

Munters is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large HVAC projects from design to site delivery. You will manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with clients, and ensure adherence to specifications and budget. The role requires strong IT skills (Office 365, Procore, BIM360) and 3+ years in a similar position.

Experience with HVAC in mission-critical environments and qualifications in PM and/or HVAC, plus SSSTS/SMSTS, are preferred. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC for mission-critical environments.
• Qualification in project management and/or HVAC; Health & Safety SSSTS/SMSTS.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact during design, manufacture, and on-site delivery phases of large projects.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of all assigned projects and client interactions.
• Develop and execute project plans aligning with company and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain PM records and documentation for each project.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities and factory testing for client-related tests.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress and commercial reports for senior management.
