Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is recruiting a Mechanical / HVAC Technician for the Dublin 1 team. The role covers planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on HVAC systems, with a 6 over 7 rotation schedule and an after-hours on-call roster.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualification in mechanical or refrigeration and hands-on experience with pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and BMS/CMMS systems, along

Qualifications

• Trade qualified mechanical or refrigeration technician with good written and spoken English.
• Experience with CMMS & BMS and knowledge of health and safety obligations.
• F-Gas certification is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on HVAC systems.
• On-site service and repairs on a 6 over 7 rotational shift.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster with transport and allowance during on-call weeks.
