You will play a key role in delivering high-quality installations while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.### What You Will Do* Install and commission split and multi‐type air-conditioning systems* Carry out installation work including pipework, bracketry, cabling, and associated mechanical and electrical works* Complete and maintain accurate site surveys, commissioning reports, and installation records* Support the quotation process by identifying remedial, replacement, or upgrade opportunities* Liaise effectively with clients, site contacts, and other contractors on-site* Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard* Take responsibility for the development and progression of apprentices or junior technicians under your supervision### What We Look For* Relevant City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent certifications* Proven experience in the full installation of HVAC systems* Strong experience with DX systems, split and VRF/VRV systems, air handling units (AHUs), and ventilation plant* Experience in commissioning HVAC equipment* Ability to interpret technical documentation including electrical and fluid schematics, piping diagrams, and psychrometric diagrams* Strong written and verbal technical communication skills* A proactive, can‐do attitude with strong problem-solving skills* Good IT and computer skills* Full, clean Irish driving licence### What We OfferIn return, we offer a supportive and inclusive company culture that promotes work–life balance, ongoing learning, and career development.
