Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an HR Officer in Ireland to partner with the HRBP and Operations team to deliver comprehensive HR services across the Supply Chain. You will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence while handling payroll queries and HR KPIs.

In this role you will support managers with performance, absence, and ER matters, coordinate recruitment and branding efforts, and ensure compliant HR policies across the site. This is a 12-month FTC based in Dublin-West.

Qualifications

  • A degree or qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Solid working knowledge of Irish employment legislation, with the confidence to advise managers accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration & Operations: Manage end-to-end HR admin processes, including resourcing, onboarding/induction, probation reviews, offboarding, retirement, and processing status changes.
  • Managerial Support: Guide and support managers through performance management, absence management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Branding: Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and support employer branding initiatives and community outreach programs.
  • Employee Relations: Assist managers with ER matters, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and hearings, including minutes and formal correspondence.
  • Policy & Compliance: Provide expert advice on HR policies and ensure consistent application across the site.
  • Culture & Engagement: Support the HRBP in delivering an engagement framework for high-performing teams and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as a trusted contact for employees, providing guidance and problem-solving support.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital employee records.

Our client is lookiing for a HR Officer to join their team!

Location: Dublin-West

Contract Duration: 12-Month FTC

The Role

In this role, you will partner directly with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and the Operations team. You will provide a comprehensive range of HR services designed to help the team achieve its business objectives and deliver excellence within the Supply Chain function. You will also actively support the broader HR function by driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Branding: Coordinate closely with external recruitment agencies to meet staffing requirements. Participate in and help coordinate company employer branding initiatives and community outreach programmes.
  • Employee Relations: Assist managers with ER matters, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and hearings. Responsibilities include attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and drafting formal correspondence.
  • Policy & Compliance: Provide expert advice on all HR policies to both managers and colleagues, ensuring consistent and fair application across the site.
  • Culture & Engagement: Support the HRBP in delivering an engagement framework aimed at fostering high-performing teams, continuous improvement, and a strong culture across the network.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as a trusted point of contact and resource for individual employees, providing advice, support, and problem-solving guidance.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure digital employee records.
What We Are Looking For
