Our client in Waterford is seeking a HR Business Partner Engineer on a 12-month contract. The role collaborates with People teams to support business needs and is based on a hybrid model with 3 days on site in Waterford.

You will lead local execution of the global People Strategy, manage complex ER matters, and support performance management, succession planning and mobility initiatives within Irish legislation.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Proven HR experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a multinational corporate environment.
• Track record in managing ER, performance management and organizational development/change.
• Strong facilitation, influence, negotiation and project management skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building ability across all organizational levels.
• Independent judgment with meticulous attention to detail.

Our client who is a leading pharmaceutical company has a requirement for a HR Business Partner Engineer based in Waterford. This is a 12 month contract position. You would be working with the People Business Partner, People Excellence, and People Services to support the business. This a hybrid positiion with 3 days based on site.

THE ROLE

• Lead the local implementation of the clients global People Strategy, ensuring the highest standards of employee experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders, CoEs, and HR teams to execute core people priorities and manage organizational change.
• Manage complex ER matters, grievance resolutions, and local HR policy alignments in full compliance with Irish legislation.
• Guide end-to-end performance management processes, support succession planning, leadership development, and global mobility initiatives.
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives that reflect the clients global values.

REQUIREMENTS
