Obelisk is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver legally compliant guidance to managers, senior leaders and employees across the business. The role focuses on employee relations, policy application and embedding company values to support a positive culture.
Based in Ballycoolin with a move to Naas, you will work 37.5 hours per week, travel nationwide, and contribute to a pension scheme and death in service benefits.
The HR Department at Obelisk provides strategic advice, guidance, and direction on all aspects of people management, supporting over 160 employees within the Ireland. The department delivers administrative support, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and drives the development and implementation of HR policies and practices to enable business growth and operational excellence.
To provide an effective and efficient HR advisory service, delivering legally compliant guidance to managers, senior leaders and employees across the business. The HR Advisor will support employee relations, policy application, and the embedding of company values, contributing to a positive working culture.

Rate of Pay: €35,000 - €40,000
Work Location: Ballycoolin interim – moving to Naas
Travel Requirements: Travel will be required across the country. There will also be occasional overnight stays.
