HubSpot in Ireland is seeking a Software Engineering Spring Co-op to contribute to production-grade software alongside experienced engineers. You’ll work in small, collaborative teams and start shipping production code early in your co-op.

The program runs Jan–May 2027 for 4 months; remote, hybrid, or onsite options are available; 40 hours per week. You’ll tackle backend, frontend, or data infrastructure tasks and own meaningful projects while learning new technologies.

• Spring Co‑ops – Must be available to work full time for the duration of their required co‑op placement (Start date: January – May 2027)

Required Qualifications

• Experience building projects beyond coursework, such as mobile apps, web applications, games, or other software.
• Experience with one or more of the technologies listed above.
• Experience taking ownership of a technical project or initiative.

Where You’ll Work

• Location: Ireland
• Work type: Remote, hybrid, or onsite, based on eligible HubSpot work options.
• Schedule: This is a full‑time, Spring Co‑op with a start date anywhere from January to May for a minimum duration of 4 months long.
• Travel: Travel is not required. Depending on timing and business needs, you may have the opportunity to visit a HubSpot office for a Product Summit or team travel.

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on‑target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are determined using objective, role‑related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
