Job summary

HubSpot is offering a Software Engineering Spring Co-op in Ireland as part of the 2027 EMEA program. You7ll build production software in small teams, with ownership and early shipping. Open to candidates who can work full-time January–May 2027 and are eligible to work in the UK/Ireland region.

You'll join diverse tech stacks, contribute across backend, frontend, or data infra, learn new technologies, and collaborate to solve real problems for thousands of customers.

Qualifications

• Web development experience through coursework, independent projects, work experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and grow your engineering skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Confidence taking ownership of projects and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in understanding HubSpot's business, products, and culture.
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the full duration of the Spring 2027 co-op.
• Ability to work from an eligible location within the United Kingdom.

Required Qualifications

Where You'll Work

Location: Ireland

Work type: Remote, hybrid, or onsite, based on eligible HubSpot work options.

Schedule: This is a full-time, Spring Co-op with a start date anywhere from January to May for a minimum duration of 4 months long.

Travel: Travel is not required. Depending on timing and business needs, you may have the opportunity to visit a HubSpot office for a Product Summit or team travel.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are determined using objective, role-related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
