Job summary

Rent a Recruiter is seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to own the full customer journey across a growing portfolio of UK and Ireland customers. You’ll manage support, onboarding and account growth, and shape scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll also take ownership of HubSpot, building the workflows, playbooks and configurations to scale the function and drive renewals, expansion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in customer success, onboarding or account management.
• 1–4 years' HubSpot experience is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and issue resolution
• End-to-end customer onboarding, from contract signed to venue live
• Complex tronc and tipping policy configurations
• Customer relationships, renewals and expansion
• HubSpot pipelines, workflows and processes
• Customer feedback and insights to inform product development
