Based in Dublin 8, the role is full-time and hybrid, working 9am–5:30pm, with responsibilities across documentation, reporting, training, audits, and compliance.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in a similar role, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a similar HSQE role (Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental)
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyse data and prepare clear reports

Responsibilities

• Support IMS implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement in line with ISO standards
• Assist in preparation, review and control of HSQE documentation
• Prepare and maintain HSQE performance data, dashboards, and reports
• Support project teams with HSQE requirements and documentation
• Manage training processes and record-keeping
• Maintain accurate HSQE records and filing within systems
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure HSQE compliance
• Promote a positive HSQE culture across the organisation
