Job summary

Accenture PLC in Dublin is seeking an HR Transformation Consultant to lead Talent Management initiatives, and to shape HR strategy, operating models and technology-enabled solutions across client organisations. You will drive innovative HR transformations, work with a global network, and help expand Accenture’s HR consulting capabilities while delivering measurable improvements in workforce performance.

Role requires onsite collaboration with clients and a strong focus on Talent Management,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering talent management strategy, programmes, or processes.
• Passion for technology trends and HR tech.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills.
• Experience driving employee experience centric process optimisation incl. automation/AI.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR consulting projects across Talent management lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Development, strategy and management, with operating model and technology enablers.
• Challenge clients to rethink HR for the workforce of the future and agile enterprise.
• Support growth of HR consulting through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence in Talent Management.
• Create market relevant Talent Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings to build market eminence for Accenture’s HR consulting.
• Delivering with consistency and excellence for clients.

In this role you will:

• Deliver HR Consulting projects to define Talent Management solutions encompassing the key elements of the talent lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent strategy and Talent Management programs and processes along with the supporting operating model and technology enablers.
• Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future and agile enterprise.
• Support the growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence within the area of Talent Management

• Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
• Understanding, and preferably experience in driving employee experience centric process optimisation efficiencies in talent management processes, leveraging latest thinking including through the use of Robotics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence
• Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.
