Accenture is seeking a skilled Change & HR Transformation Manager to join our Talent practice in Ireland. Based in Dublin, you will lead complex people and workforce transformations, blending change management with HR design and AI-enabled initiatives to deliver lasting business value.

You will collaborate with clients to shape strategy, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption across HR services, operating models, and organisation design.

What You'll Do

As a Change & HR Transformation Manager, you will work at the intersection of people, organisation, technology and transformation, taking a leading role in shaping and delivering client engagements.

You will:

• Lead change and transformation workstreams across complex business, HR and technology programmes, taking ownership from initial strategy and planning through to implementation and business readiness.
• Design and deliver change strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, change and readiness assessments, communications, leadership alignment, learning, adoption and measurement.
• Support HR and workforce transformation, helping clients redesign HR services, operating models, organisation structures, roles, capabilities, processes and employee experiences.
• Translate transformation into practical change, understanding how new strategies, technologies, processes and operating models affect people and helping organisations successfully transition to new ways of working.
• Drive stakeholder and leadership engagement, building trusted relationships with client leaders, engaging impacted groups and helping leaders effectively sponsor and champion transformation.
• Design and deliver communications and engagement strategies, translating complex transformation into clear, compelling messages and experiences for different stakeholder groups.
• Support cultural and behavioural change, using data, insights and behavioural approaches to understand barriers to change and develop interventions that drive adoption.
• Facilitate client workshops and design sessions, challenging established thinking and helping leadership teams shape the future of their organisation, workforce and ways of working.
• Use data and insight to inform transformation, helping clients understand change, workforce and organisational challenges, measure readiness and adoption, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Lead and develop project teams, providing direction and coaching while ensuring high-quality client delivery and creating opportunities for team members to grow.
• Contribute to the growth of our Talent practice, supporting proposals, developing client solutions and propositions, contributing to thought leadership and helping build our Change and HR Reinvention capabilities in Ireland.

What We're looking for

We are looking for experienced change and HR transformation professionals who combine strong delivery capability with excellent client and people skills.

You will ideally bring:

• Strong change management expertise, with experience designing and delivering change strategies across complex business and/or technology transformations.
• Experience across the change lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, change and readiness assessments, communications, leadership alignment, learning, adoption and measurement.
• HR and workforce transformation experience. Experience within areas such as HR transformation, HR operating models, organisation design, talent strategy, workforce transformation, skills or employee experience are a plus.
• Experience of technology-enabled transformation, with an understanding of how technology, data and AI are changing organisations, workforces and the employee experience.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client challenges, structure problems and translate insights into practical recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to build trusted client relationships and engage stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience designing and leading client workshops and presenting complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Strong project and programme management capability, with experience managing workstreams, deliverables, risks, dependencies and teams within complex transformation environments.
• People leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop teams while creating an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
• Curiosity and a passion for innovation, with an interest in how AI and emerging technologies are changing work, organisations and the role of HR.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 6+ years' relevant experience across Change Management, HR Transformation, Organisation Design, Talent, Workforce Transformation or related areas.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex transformation projects, ideally within consulting, professional services or a transformation environment.
• Experience delivering projects underpinned by technology would be a bonus,
• Experience leading workstreams and/or teams, with accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to use data and insight to support decision‑making.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments, manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving client requirements.
• Relevant certifications in change management, HR, project management or agile delivery are advantageous but not essential.
