Job summary

Inizio is seeking a Director, HR Technology & Solutions Delivery to lead the strategy, design, delivery and operation of its global HR technology ecosystem, with a near-term focus on Workday. You will own day-to-day IT operations, functional design, enhancements and strategic projects.

The role evolves toward platform engineering and architecture-led governance, driving security, integrations and operational resilience across HR tech.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Workday in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong solution design, BAU ops, enhancements and project delivery.
• Proven ability to translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience building governance for enterprise HR technology.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, APIs and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workday platform ownership including design, config, operations and improvements.
• Lead Workday IT Operations and oversee incidents, changes and releases.
• Drive HR technology strategy, delivery of major initiatives and BAU support.
• Establish governance across scope, plans, resources, risks and budgets.
• Partner with HR and Enterprise Architecture to align with standards and roadmap.
