Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a People Technology Platform Engineer, Workday, to design, build and evolve our global Workday platform across core HR domains. You will own end-to-end platform changes, collaborate with Product, Data and Integration teams, and ensure scalable, reusable solutions.

In an Agile delivery environment, you will translate business needs into durable system capabilities, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement across the platform to support SIE’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and Workday solutions.
• Experience designing scalable Workday configurations and reports.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across configuration, data, and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Global enterprise experience across regions.
• Strong communication and independent delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions.
• Define configuration patterns for reuse and scalability.
• Translate business problems into durable system solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of platform changes.
• Ensure alignment with broader platform architecture.
• Act as platform owner for assigned Workday domains.
• Collaborate with integrations, data, and security teams.
• Deliver scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and refinement.
