Do you have a strong Employee Relations background, enjoy solving complex people issues and genuinely like working with clients? This could be an opportunity worth exploring.

We’re working with an established and growing Irish HR consultancy that supports businesses across a wide range of sectors with practical HR advice, Employment Law and Industrial Relations expertise. They’re looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strong ER knowledge with a personable, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.

What will you be doing?
  • Advising clients on a broad range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management and workplace investigations.
  • Helping employers navigate complex people issues with clear, practical advice grounded in Irish employment law.
  • Managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted source of advice and support.
  • Delivering HR projects, workplace investigations and training tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and develop long-term client relationships.
Who are we looking for?

Someone with a strong grounding in Employee Relations, excellent knowledge of Irish employment law and the confidence to advise on a variety of workplace issues.

Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy the client-facing side of the role. You’re approachable, commercially aware and a natural relationship builder who takes the time to understand a client's business. You enjoy finding solutions, communicating clearly and helping employers work through challenging situations. Ideally, you’ll have at least three years’ relevant HR or Employment Law experience, gained in an HR consultancy, legal environment or busy HR function.

Why consider this opportunity?

Join an established, growing consultancy with an experienced team, a diverse client base and the opportunity to develop your expertise while making a real difference to the businesses you support. If you have the ER expertise and personality to build lasting client relationships, I’d love to hear from you.
