Job summary

Allianz Ireland in Dublin 4 offers a three-year Data Analytics Graduate Programme. You will gain hands-on experience across analytics and technology, with four rotations across Data Insights, Transformation, Actuarial, Underwriting, Pricing and other areas.

As part of the programme, you'll complete a six-month international assignment within the Allianz Group, pursue the APA insurance qualification, and benefit from a structured learning journey and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree 2:1 in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, CS, Engineering, Insurance or related field.
• Authorized to work in Ireland for 36+ months.
• Proven internships/placements or project experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Data Insights, Transformation, Actuarial, Underwriting and Pricing.
• Complete a six-month international assignment within Allianz Group.

The Data Analytics Graduate Programme:

The Data Analytics Graduate Programme is a three-year programme where graduates will have the opportunity to build technical expertise, commercial awareness and leadership capability through a structured development journey.

You will gain hands‑on experience across some of Allianz's most innovative teams, helping to solve real business problems through data, analytics and technology. Throughout the programme, you will complete four rotations tailored to your strengths, interests and development goals, typically across teams including Data Insights, Transformation, Actuarial, Underwriting, Pricing and other key business areas.

As part of the programme, you'll complete a six‑month international assignment within the Allianz Group, giving you exposure to global best practice, different cultures and international career opportunities.

In parallel, you will receive support to achieve your APA (Accredited Product Adviser) professional insurance qualification, benefit from structured learning and development opportunities, and build a strong professional network across Allianz Ireland and the wider Allianz Group.

Minimum requirements:

• Achieved or expected 2:1 degree in the following areas: in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Insurance, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Full authorisation to work in Ireland or a valid work permit for minimum of 36‑month period covering the duration of the programme.
• Demonstrated work experience through internships, placements, part‑time employment, volunteering, academic projects or extracurricular activities.
