Job summary

Steering Point Ireland is seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join a values-driven team. You will partner with managers on recruitment, development, employee relations and performance management to shape a high-performing workplace.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of HR business partnering experience, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and outstanding influencing and relationship-building skills.
