Job summary

Coillte is seeking a capable HR Operations professional to support transactional services, onboarding and HR data integrity. You will assist managers and staff with HR policies, changes and payroll communications, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

The role covers recruitment support, HRIT systems training and coordination of personnel files, with a focus on compliant, high-quality service delivery. 12-month contract in Newtownmountkennedy, Ireland.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR/shared services.
• CIPD Associate membership desirable.
• Strong time management and numerical skills.
• Experience with HR management systems and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Operations activities and transactional services.
• Assist with onboarding, employee changes and payroll communications.
• Advise managers on HR policies and procedures; escalate where needed.
• Coordinate absence management, data updates and reporting.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity across systems.
