Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Head of HR Operations & Platforms to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of HR operations, systems and services across the organisation. The role combines leadership of HR Operations, HR technology and reporting, driving a customer-focused, well-governed and scalable HR service model.

Key priorities include overseeing the SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transitioning from Workday, while ensuring ongoing governance and optimisation of HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across HR Operations and HRIS.
• Experience centralising an HR Operations or Shared Services model.
• Experience leading an HR Operations or HR tech team within a sizeable organisation.
• Experience supporting or leading a major HR technology implementation or optimisation programme.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience establishing operational KPIs, service standards, controls and governance.
• Experience managing technology, payroll or implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations function with clear roles and service standards.
• Drive centralisation of HR Operations activities with divisional teams.
• Build a high-performing operations team focused on service excellence.
• Oversee payroll operations and providers for accurate delivery.
• Develop KPIs on service quality, responsiveness and experience.
• Establish governance for HR platforms, data and access controls.
• Lead transition projects from Workday to SuccessFactors and ensure readiness.
