Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Business, Human Resources, Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Waterford site.
  • Assist with HR data entry, validation, data cleansing, and record management activities.
  • Assist with document control, file management, and digitalisation of HR records.
  • Prepare HR presentations and communications.
  • Coordinate project actions, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and HR information.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team in Waterford on a 3-month fixed-term basis. This role will support a range of HR administrative activities and project-based work, with a strong focus on data accuracy, document management, process improvement, and coordination of HR initiatives.The HR Intern will provide practical support to the HR function while gaining exposure to HR systems, processes, reporting, document control, and continuous improvement activities.
