Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher honours degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in HR and graduate development programs.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives across Recruitment, Graduate Development, Information Systems and Talent Management.
• Participate in the CRH management development program and related training.
• Contribute to HR projects and duties as required by the HR Manager.
