Job summary

Irish Cement Limited invites graduates to join a three-year development programme across our facilities in Castlemungret, Co. Limerick and Platin, Co. Louth. The programme offers exposure to multiple business sections and a path into CRH's management development framework.

Ideal candidates will hold a 1.1 or at least a 2.1 honours degree with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a clear interest in developing technical, commercial and leadership capabilities.

Irish Cement Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of CRH plc and has manufactured cement in Ireland for over 85 years. It operates two cement-manufacturing facilities, one situated in Platin, approximately 5km from Drogheda, Co. Louth and a second in Castlemungret, Co. Limerick. Production uses the most advanced, energy-efficient technology to create a range of high-quality cements to the highest Irish and International standards.
