Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded professional to develop their career across People, payroll and remuneration governance. The role offers Hybrid Working with 3 days in the office in Dublin City Centre and 2 days remote, along with 25 days annual leave and an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Excel and analytical skills with experience in financial administration, payroll, salary reviews and remuneration processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience in financial administration, reconciliations and data validation.
• Experience supporting salary reviews, payroll, bonuses or compensation processes, ideally within financial services or asset management.
• Experience supporting senior executives, managing complex diaries and competing priorities.
• Experience or a strong interest in HR administration, payroll, employee benefits and remuneration.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to streamline processes and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support salary reviews, payroll and remuneration governance.

• Provide executive support to senior executives and manage complex calendars.
