Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist based in Dundalk, Ireland. You will provide general HR support, manage recruitment for DL roles, and assist with employee relations matters in line with HR policies.

The role involves coordinating interviews, reference checks, and HR paperwork, while supporting HR projects and benefits administration. A positive, proactive attitude and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree in HR or business/commerce with HR specialization.
• 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Workday preferable but not essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across the business in line with company policies.
• Manage recruitment for DL roles and support IDL roles, including interviewing and paperwork.
• Handle Employee Relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
• Assist with HR projects, events, and administration of employee benefits.
• Support HR inbox triage and respond to queries; other HR duties as required.
