We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Mater Private Cork .The HR Generalist will ensure the delivery of a professional proactive Human Resource management agenda across the hospital network, one that engages issues at the earliest point, bringing efficient resolution in the best interests of the Network. The successful candidate will be an educator and key point of contact for Line Managers, providing advice and support on all Human Resources issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Membership of the CIPD desirable
• Degree in HR or IR type discipline desirable
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of best practice Human Resources.
• Demostrated recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Exceptional organisational and administration skills
• Strong understanding of Employee Engagement methodologies
• Strong experience developing progressive workplace environments.
• Excellent understanding of Performance Management techniques, standards and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, with timely accurate work standards.
• Excellent communicator with solutions-oriented approach to dealing with multi-faceted challenges.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be collaborative within the wider HR team
