Job summary

Cpl Group in Limerick is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join the site team. Reporting to the national HR Director and working with the Operations Manager in Limerick, you will handle a broad remit of HR duties and projects to support a busy site.

This permanent role offers a salary up to around €42,000 plus benefits; it is office-based in Limerick city, with focus on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll reporting, training, data accuracy and HR change initiatives.

• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong IT, data & HR reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to the national HR Director and work with the Operations Manager in Limerick across a broad remit of HR duties and projects.
• Oversee employee engagement and query resolution, recruitment and onboarding of new hires, and training activities.
• Update employee data, T&A/payroll reporting, and support HR change projects and wider leadership & operations teams.

The Job

The successful candidate will report to the national HR Director but also work closely with the Operations Manager in Limerick & will cover a wide remit of HR duties & projects across the site. These will include, but not be limited to, employee engagement & query resolution, recruitment & onboarding of new hires, overseeing training activities, updating employee data, T&A/payroll reporting, delivering HR change projects & supporting the wider leadership & operations teams with their HR needs.

Your Skills/Experience that we need

• 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline.
• 2-3+ years relevant HR experience ideally in a broad based HR generalist or senior HR administrator role.
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong IT, data & HR reporting skills.

The Offer

This is a permanent position & salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to range up to approx. 42k + additional benefits & supports.
