Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking an HR Administrator/Generalist to drive key HR activities across recruitment, employee relations and administration. You will partner with the National office HR team and local offices to implement HR projects and policies while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

The role focuses on caregiver recruitment, probation management, absence handling, employee relations support, training, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as HR Administrator/Generalist/Coordinator.
• Familiar with HomeCare/Healthcare sector in Ireland (preferred).
• Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: conduct second-round interviews, onboarding and initial shifts, support National Hiring Week events.
• Employee Relations: act as point of contact for queries, manage offboarding, monitor sickness, advise on investigations and grievances.
• Employee Retention: manage probation, develop engagement calendar, coordinate appraisals and retention events.
• HR Administration: maintain employee files, ensure policy compliance, assist with audits.
