Job summary

Sysco Ireland in Newcastle West, Limerick, is seeking an HR Co-Ordinator to join a busy team. You will coordinate general HR administration, onboarding, data maintenance, and policy development while delivering accurate information to employees and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a HR support role within a similar fast paced environment.
  • Relevant HR related 3rd level qualification and / or CIPD certification
  • Prior experience with HR and Time & Attendance systems, experience in Workday is a distinct advantage.
  • Data cleansing and Data management experience is desirable
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent administration skills with the ability to set up and maintain accurate work systems
  • A strong understanding and working knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to see projects through from start to finish in a timely and accurate manner
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
  • Full Clean B Driving Licence (occasional Travel within Ireland may be required)

HR Co-Ordinator - Newcastle West, Limerick

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a HR Co-Ordinator, a role which

requires a candidate who with a high level of attention to detail who is comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • General HR Administration
