Job summary

STS Group Limited in Waterford is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support our HR team across recruitment, onboarding, employment relations and learning and development. Qualifications

• 3+ years' administration experience, ideally in HR or recruitment.
• Relevant training or qualifications in Human Resources.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/ATS.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Ability to collaborate with team and interact professionally with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding: new starter calls, reference checks, pre-employment documentation.
• Prepare and distribute offers and employment contracts.
• Liaise with Accounts regarding payroll setup.
• Manage HR communications and policy updates.
• Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS).
• Draft and distribute internal HR communications and job descriptions.
• Provide admin support to HR and recruitment/L&D teams.
• Review and upload training records.
• Cover Reception when required.
• Assist HR projects and recruitment campaigns.
