Job summary

STRIVE Search is assisting a family-owned property development company to appoint a Site Manager for a housing scheme. The role will lead multiple subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality standards.

You will work closely with the construction management team to develop schedules, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong Site management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a number of Sub Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
• Assist and work with the CM to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the CM to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are kept informed of project progress.
