Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a Castleknock project in North Dublin, with a salary of €95k. The role offers a clear path toward site management and long-term career growth, plus a generous package and strong development prospects.

You will review plans and drawings, coordinate with consultants and on-site teams, supervise groundworks, manage health and safety, and ensure BCAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Overseeing and interpreting design documents provided by the client, architect, or design team.
• Coordinating and maintaining communication with consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and on-site teams.
• Supervising and tracking progress of groundworks and civil engineering contractors.
• Identifying and resolving unforeseen technical issues or challenges during construction.
• Managing and coordinating all health and safety activities to ensure site compliance.
• Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring adherence to BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) requirements.
