Responsibilities

• Support the Lettings Team to ensure that empty properties are let in line with KPI targets.
• Ensure effective housing management services are provided in line with tenancy agreements and statutory requirements.
• Take responsibility for customer experience from Pre-Tenancy through to Letting within your locality.
• Undertake viewings and sign ups as directed by the Lettings Coordinator/Team Leader.
• Work in partnership to deliver coordinated services across localities and tenures with CREL team.
• Minimise void rental loss by ensuring reletting is efficient and void times are short.
• Advise customers on landlord-supplied appliances and health and safety in the home.
• Liaise with external partners to keep customers informed on tenancy start dates.
• Promote pride and ownership in communities and schemes with other teams.
• Implement housing policies and procedures and monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
