Clúid is seeking a Resident Housing Officer (West) to deliver tenancy and estate management for residents in Donegal and surrounding areas. This hybrid role reports to the Resident Housing Manager and focuses on providing reliable occupancy, rent management support, and customer-focused services.

The position requires 1 year of housing service experience, a relevant qualification, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in housing services or customer-facing housing settings.
• Relevant third-level qualification in housing, social care, property, or related field (or working towards).
• Professional qualification (ICSH/CIH/IAVI/IPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-focused tenancy and estate management services.
• Manage voids and lettings to ensure timely turnaround and policy compliance.
• Support tenancy sustainment and address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
