Job summary

Focus Ireland in Dublin seeks a proactive leader to head the Off Site Housing case management team. You will support, manage and develop the team, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.

The role requires a third-level qualification in social care (or CORU registration), leadership experience, and strong communication. A focus on service planning, needs assessment and supervision is essential, with responsibilities for monthly reporting and external relationship building.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in social care or CORU registered.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in service planning, needs assessment and case management.
• Excellent communication and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed daily leadership to the support team.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions with the Project Leader.
• Participate in relevant training and development courses as agreed.
• Monitor health, safety and welfare risks in the workplace.
• Attend weekly management and team meetings.
• Provide leadership, support, guidance and supervision to staff.
