Job summary

A community-focused organization in Ireland is looking for a Team Leader to manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering a Housing First service. The candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of trauma-informed support for individuals with complex histories. Applicants must have a Level 8 qualification in Social Care/Social Work and be registered with CORU or in the process. This role requires excellent management skills and experience with vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Registered with or in the process of registration with CORU as a social care worker.
• Exceptional experience is required for lower qualifications.
• Capable of undertaking specified duties with a good health status.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a multi-disciplinary team providing Housing First service.
• Plan, assess, and deliver trauma-informed support service.
• Network and promote Housing First with relevant services.

Skills

Supervisory experience

Understanding of dual diagnosis
