Job summary

Ruby GmbH is seeking an on-site Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness across rooms and public areas, and to step in for the Housekeeping Operations Manager when needed. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with external cleaners, and ensure high-quality standards are met for our international guests.

You possess prior housekeeping experience, a passion for order, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same position.
• A passion for cleanliness and order.
• Confident presentation with a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Enjoys working with international guests and can respond to diverse needs.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and ensure cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager during absences.
• Share responsibility for the housekeeping team, coordinating internal staff and external cleaners.
• Train and coach the team to maintain established quality standards.
• Coordinate with external cleaning companies, manage orders and delivery invoices.
• Collaborate with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
