Job summary

Ruby Hotels in Dublin is seeking a passionate housekeeping professional to join our dynamic team. You’ll spend most of your time on the floor, ensuring room and public area cleanliness, and you’ll cover the Housekeeping Operations Manager when they’re away.

You’ll train and coach the team, coordinate with external cleaning partners, and work closely with hosts and maintenance to fulfill guest wishes. Fluency in English and a friendly attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on the floor checking cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external cleaning companies for smooth operation.
• Train and coach the team to maintain established quality standards.
• Coordinate external cleaners, manage orders and delivery bills.
• Work with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest wishes.
