Job summary

Ruby Hotels is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping team member to ensure high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas. You will cover the Floor duties, assisting the Housekeeping Operations Manager in their absence and collaborating with internal staff and external cleaners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same position.
• Passion for cleanliness and order with attention to detail.
• Confident presentation with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Enjoys working with international guests and responds well to diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on the floor, checking cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Substitute Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence.
• Share responsibility for the housekeeping team, including internal staff and external cleaners.
• Train and coach the team to maintain established quality standards.
• Coordinate external cleaning companies, handle orders and check delivery bills.
• Work with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfil guest wishes.
