Generator Dublin is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining immaculate guest rooms, public spaces and laundry operations. You will lead a team, ensure swift service and uphold high standards in hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other areas.
- Monitor supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance to meet business demands.
- Ensure adherence to Housekeeping standards and practices.
- Provide direction to the team to fulfil guests needs quickly and efficiently.
- Complete administrative duties as instructed by Housekeeping Manager.
- Inspire a positive, fun and cohesive working environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance including COSHH.

- Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assigned areas
- Monitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demands
- To ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to
- Have a good understanding of our guests needs and give your team members direction to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective way
- Complete any required administrative functions as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
- Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order to inspire and motivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesive and supportive working environment to work within
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive of COSHH

- Previous experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Hands‑on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organisations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
