Generator Dublin is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining immaculate guest rooms, public spaces and laundry operations. You will lead a team, ensure swift service and uphold high standards in hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Exceptional administration and organisation skills with great attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other areas.
• Monitor supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance to meet business demands.
• Ensure adherence to Housekeeping standards and practices.
• Provide direction to the team to fulfil guests needs quickly and efficiently.
• Complete administrative duties as instructed by Housekeeping Manager.
• Inspire a positive, fun and cohesive working environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance including COSHH.
