Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick, part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, is seeking a Store Porter to join our team. The role focuses on receiving deliveries, stock control, and maintaining storage standards to support smooth hotel operations.

You will manage deliveries, stock storage, documentation and monthly stock taking while liaising with department heads and suppliers to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all stores and stock-control processes.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management.
• Comfortable with stock, deliveries, documentation and computer systems.
• Able to identify discrepancies and follow through with managers and suppliers.
• Capable of working independently and as a team member.
• Good at building working relationships across hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store deliveries accurately and promptly.
• Follow goods-receiving procedures and verify against orders and documents.
• Check quantities, quality and pricing; report discrepancies.
• Weigh designated high-value items per procedures.
• Process delivery dockets, receipts and supplier documentation.
• Support supplier invoicing and credits where applicable.
• Process orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Manage returns and incorrect deliveries.
• Maintain secure, clean, and organized storage with FIFO rotation.
• Carry out monthly stock inventories and record movements.
