Job summary

Calusade Hotels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team across Gateway Hotel and Calusade Hotels. You will lead all operational departments, drive service excellence and deliver on financial targets.

The role requires strategic oversight, SOP governance, talent development and a focus on guest satisfaction, reputation and continuous improvement across the group’s hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years experience in a senior hotel management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all operational departments to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure SOPs are developed, implemented, reviewed and audited; manage KPIs, budgets and objectives.
• Drive guest experience, loyalty initiatives and online reputation improvements.
• Support General Manager in budgeting, forecasting and business plans.
• Foster continuous improvement and adhere to Calusade Hotels standards.
